Day 12 and still going!

Hello!

It's the end of Day 12 and I'm pretty wiped out to say the least! I'm not sure if my long days over the weekend are catching up with me... but today my body felt tired. I took my time getting out of bed today. I decided to be happy for a new day and thankful for all that was ahead of me.... Lunges!

My LOVE PAGES have been so astounding to me. At first I wrote about all the people who loved me and whom I love. Then, I started to feel this power build up within me by the love I began to feel for myself and for others. When I truly LOVE myself, I have the capacity to love others more, to love situations more, to love Lunges even! There is a power and healing in love that we can tap into if we allow LOVE into our lives more, experience LOVE for ourselves more, share LOVE with others! I didn't expect these LOVE pages to have this depth into my being that they are having. It is magical! It is powerful! It can be yours if you choose to allow LOVE into your life!! Needless to say, my morning started out on a deep spiritual awakening that overflowed into the rest of my day!

Lunges awaited me this afternoon... and earlier than usual because we went to the TV Studio to film The JoyStream TV and attend our Toastmaster meeting in Greensboro. It is harder when I have to leave the house after working out. Exhausting to say the least! I am very pleased to share with you that I definitely did more today than I did last week on the lunges! There were NO temper tantrums... only peace for me and lots of SWEAT! I made my intention early in the day to be present with the lunges, to do my very best on this workout! I am EXHAUSTED!! It's a good exhaustion because I truly know I gave my P90X workout my very best!

Now, I am asking my healthy cells to flow through my body and replenish and restore my cells that were extended today... my muscles, my joints, my ligaments, my tendons... am I missing anything!? I know that my Divine God is in me and can replenish me now and during the night. I say "Thank you" to my entire physical body and spiritual body for a wonderfully full day!
